How long will it take to get my order?
If you’re in the UK, your item will be posted first class. We post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (but don’t worry, we still take orders 7 days a week!)
How do I iron on my transfer?
Your transfer will come with easy to follow, detailed instructions. If you have any difficulty when it comes to ironing it on, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost anywhere! Simply add the items you’d like to your cart and then use the shipping calculator on the cart page to find out how much it will cost
Do you sell iron ons for use on dark fabrics?
No sorry, we only sell iron ons for use on white or very pale fabrics
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Is it possible to return clothing?
Yes of course. If your item doesn’t fit or you’re not keen on it, it must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange
Please note, if returning from abroad, the shipping cost will not be refunded
Is it possible to return iron on transfers?
Yes of course* You must return your transfers within 14 days of purchase.
*We cannot accept returns of customised iron on transfers
Is it possible to return wall stickers?
Unfortunately we do not accept the return of wall stickers
How do I obtain a refund or exchange?
